Answer: To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "Track Order" section on the app.
- Provide valid order details to locate your order.
- Once you've identified your order, you will find a "Cancel" button.
- Click on the "Cancel" button to cancel your order.
Question 2: How to Edit My Orders?
Answer: Unfortunately, there is no direct option to edit your orders. However, you can follow these steps:
- Cancel your existing order through the "Track Order" section.
- Place a new order with the desired items.
Question 3: How to Track My Order Location?
Answer: Currently, tracking the real-time location of your order is not available. However, you can monitor the status of your order in the "Track Order" section.
Question 4: What Payment Methods are Available?
Answer: You can choose from the following payment methods:
- Cash: Pay in cash upon receiving your order.
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Make a payment through UPI when you receive your order.
Question 5: What is the Total Cost After Applying Extra Charges?
Answer: The total cost of your order, including any extra charges, will be displayed at the checkout before confirming your order. Please review the order summary for a detailed breakdown of costs.
